Code of Conduct

Mentors and mentees are expected to treat each other with respect and professionalism at all times. This includes being punctual for scheduled sessions, actively listening, and providing constructive feedback. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated.

All information shared during mentorship sessions must remain confidential. Mentors and mentees should respect each other’s privacy and not disclose any personal, professional, or proprietary information without explicit permission. This ensures a safe and trusting environment for open communication.

The mentorship program is focused on learning and development, not on business promotion. Mentors and mentees must refrain from pitching their own services, products, or business opportunities during sessions. This maintains the integrity and purpose of the mentorship relationship, ensuring it remains a supportive and educational experience.

Both mentors and mentees should commit to the continuous growth and learning process. Mentees are encouraged to actively engage, ask questions, and apply feedback, while mentors should provide guidance, support, and resources to facilitate development. Regularly setting and reviewing goals ensures progress and accountability in the mentorship journey

Preparation for Your Session

To make the most of your mentorship session, we recommend you:

  1. Prepare Specific Questions: Think about the areas where you need guidance and prepare questions in advance.
  2. Set Clear Goals: Consider what you aim to achieve from this session and communicate your goals clearly.
  3. Gather Relevant Materials: Bring any documents or materials that might help your mentor understand your context better.
